This is an absolute myth. Mangoes are actually extremely rich in carotene, which contributes to a flawless, sun kissed complexion.
Mango is not a cooling fruit, but all you have to do is soak the fruit in water for at least half an hour before eating. This leaches out all the acids that raise body temperature.
