This creamy delicious drink makes the perfect pre-meal appetizer. It has been traditionally used to prevent digestive problems and cleanse the system. Sol Kadi helps in regulating food absorption, preventing heartburn, indigestion, abdominal cramps etc.
You Will Need
Coconut milk of one coconut
1 glass water
2-3 tbsp Kokum Syrup / 7-8 pieces soaked in water
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
4-5 cloves Garlic crushed
1 finely chopped Green Chilli
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Mix coconut milk and dilute with water.
Make a fine paste of garlic, green chilies, coriander leaves and cumin seeds.
Mix the paste with coconut milk.
Slowly add kokum syrup and adjust the salt as per your taste.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled!
